Late Arrival Policy Arriving late will deprive you of valuable service time. As a courtesy to the next guest, your treatment will end at the time originally scheduled. Late arrivals my be rescheduled, or the remainder of the service time may be used at full price.

Hair Color Policy We offer 100% guarantee on all color services within the first week after the services were performed. All guarantees will be determined by stylists. Corrective color usually requires more than one service to achieve desired results. Because of the nature of home-coloring products, we cannot guarantee color services if the client has previously had color done outside of our salon.
Waxing Policy Bliss Hair Salon & Spa is not responsible for sensitive skin or the tearing of the skin, due to excessive waxing or the use of Retin-A or similar products.
Gift Certificates You must present your Gift Certificate when checking in for your scheduled appointment. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
